This is it, the new place to be in Liverpool! known by numerous names such as "The Yard" "Tito's Yard" "The Wasteground" "The (ex-multistorey) Car Park" and my personal favourite "Possibly Liverpool's Best Apartment Location (coming soon apparently they say)".
